| Sandstone is the most popular stone for garden paving. Warm and impression of sandstone lends itself perfectly to outside application. Sandstone seems to be tough for any paving application but it is easier to cut and work than granite. Its thickness and non slipery texture makes it extremly good for swimming pool areas, paving and patios are all areas where sandstone creates an interesting decorating environment. Indian sandstone is extremely versatile. It can be sawn, honed, polished, sandblasted, and brushed for use in flooring and walling. Sandstone is available in many shapes and colors and is easily available in large quantities. The most commonly used shade are rippon, golden brown, raj green, autumn brown, fossil mint and modak. They are ideal for creating winding paths. |
